Spells may be cast in battle by a Magi at the cost of a set amount of energy. These spells have a variety of effects from causing damage to affecting Dream Creature stats.

GBC
Nighteen spells are used, eleven of which can be learned by Tony Jones by finding spellbooks. The final, nineteenth spell was programmed but remains unobtainable. Due to the cost of using spells compared to attacking with Dream Creatures, saving spell usage may be a more efficient use of energy.
